All the best leagues have a season (normally the first) where all the hardwork behind the scenes is put into action when the series is not being broadcast and because of this they are normally free to enter. All the rules and the format are then tested during a live season. During this season the organisers may realise that something isn't working and may need to change the rule book to get things right. hence the word 'shakedown'. Then once the season has ended everything is corrected and put into place ready for the next season. It is better to get it right before a series is broadcast than to broadcast a series that isn't ready. At SRW we want to ensure we have a series that is worthy of broadcasting before we jump in feet first. I hope that explains what our plans are and that you will join us on this exciting journey of discovery with the excting new Audi TCR.
